The Rewired Community
A free weekly meetup with Erica Spiegelman, best-selling author and licensed substance abuse counselor (CADAC-II). As seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Poosh, FOX News and Sirius XM.
So many of us try to do this work alone. Once a week, we come together on Zoom for a grounded check-in, one simple tool from the Rewired Method, and honest conversation with people who get it. No pressure. No perfection. Come as you are.
A midweek reset, together.
Wednesday is the middle of the week, and a good moment to pause. Meetups land at lunchtime, so it's easy to join from your desk or your break, and you can participate as much or as little as you like.
Check in
We start by arriving. A few grounding minutes to put down whatever you've been carrying this week.
Learn one tool
Erica teaches one simple, practical tool from the Rewired Method that you can use the same day.
Talk it through
Drop questions in the chat as we go, and we save time at the end for quick questions. Listening only is welcome too.
We're working through the Rewired Method, one R at a time.
The Rewired Method is built around eight Rs, and it's used in 355 treatment centers and more than 1,100 correctional facilities. Each week we focus on one of them, so you can join any Wednesday and walk away with something useful.
We start with Restart. Some mornings we wake up depleted. Restart is the reminder that you can begin again any day: set a new intention, choose a new affirmation, pick one goal. It doesn't mean restarting your whole life. It means choosing today.
"Anybody who joins is looking for encouragement. Whether it's encouragement to get sober, to be healthier, or to focus on their self-care, this is a place to find it."
Erica Spiegelman
Real-life topics we'll cover
- Restarting your day when you wake up feeling depleted
- Building daily routines that actually stick
- Setting emotional boundaries, and keeping them
- Getting unstuck when life feels like a rut
- Taking off the mask: authenticity and people pleasing
- Communicating what you need with the people around you
- Self-care that supports your recovery and your growth
- Staying accountable to the goals you set
Anyone can join.
If you're looking for encouragement, accountability, and support, there's a seat for you. Most people find us from one of three places.
You're getting sober or staying sober
Whether it's day one or year ten, you want a steady place to check in each week and tools that hold up in real life.
You're ready for your next chapter
You're working on self-care, healthier habits, and breaking patterns that keep you stuck, and you don't want to do it alone.
You help people heal
Counselors, coaches, and professionals who use Rewired with their groups. Come for a reset of your own and fresh ideas to bring back.
The meetup is a light, shared space. The courses go further.
Weekly meetups keep things general, so everyone can take part. When you're ready for guided exercises, journaling, and support tailored to you, Erica's courses and 1:1 coaching are there for that.

Good to know
Is it really free?
Yes. The weekly meetup is free, every week. Sign up once and you'll get the link and a reminder each Wednesday.
Do I have to be in recovery to join?
No. Anyone can join. The Rewired Method was built for recovery, and the tools work for anyone who wants to grow, take better care of themselves, or support others.
Do I have to talk or share?
Not at all. You can simply listen. If you have a question, drop it in the chat, and we save a few minutes at the end for quick questions.
Is this therapy?
No. It's a community meetup, so we keep things general and supportive. If you'd like one-on-one support for your situation, Erica offers courses and private coaching.
How do I get the Zoom link?
Right after you sign up, we'll email it to you. It's the same link every week, and we'll send a reminder the morning of each meetup.
